Do not look forward to the changes and chances of this life in fear; rather look to them with full hope that, as they arise, God, whose you are, will deliver you out of them

An Update on Nativity Prep’s

Ignite the Night

Nativity Prep has reimagined Ignite the Night! As many of you know, Ignite is the most important event on our calendar. It is not just a fundraiser which brings in 25% of our operating funds, it is our biggest community gathering and celebration to raise funds to support the educational services at Nativity Prep and graduate support services to our alumni. We will miss this physical gathering but are hopeful you will consider joining us to make the Virtual Ignite the Night a huge success.
This new and improved event will be held virtually beginning Saturday, April 4th and ending on April 9th with our Scholarship and Silent Auctions online.  Our goal is to raise $100,000 over the 6 days of this virtual event, matching last year’s donations raised that evening. We are thankful for the many sponsors and donors that have already contributed to Ignite the Night. We are so grateful for your commitment!
We will be utilizing GiveSmart as the online resource for the auction. This is the same program used at 2019 Ignite the Night event. The link for the auction is Ignite Online Auction.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
In this “new normal” it is important for Nativity Prep to continue supporting the academic, emotional and ‘life needs’ of our students, families and graduates. We do this as our Patron, Saint Francis de Sales, tells us “Through hope, not fear.” Our eternal thanks and gratitude for so many that continue to believe in and support our mission. For 18 years you have allowed us to change the lives of so many young men in the Wilmington community.
Prayers to you and your family during these difficult times.
With gratitude,
Andrea Rotsch
